If you're looking to immerse yourself in the wonders of nature, this hostel is the perfect choice. With its lush garden path leading to comfortable cabins or sub-terra rooms, you'll feel at one with the wildlife around you. The cabins provide a spacious and cozy retreat, complete with comfortable queen-sized beds, AC+fan, and even a small refrigerator. The sub-terra rooms offer all the basic necessities, with clean and sizable bathrooms, comfy double beds, and the option to request extra sheets and blankets. You'll love waking up to the symphony of bugs, frogs, and other animals right outside your window.
The reception/dining area is not as well-maintained as it used to be, with dry-rot and holes in the wooden benches.

The hostel offered comfortable beds and kept the place clean. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the price was affordable, especially for the location. the grounds were beautiful, surrounded by nature, and it was a delight to see monkeys and sloths daily. the cabanas were private, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning and a small fridge. the traditional Costa Rican breakfast was tasty. the hostel was conveniently located halfway between Quepos and the park, with a bus stop right outside.
The wifi did not reach the room, but it was possible to use What's App near the bathroom. There were no lockers in the 2 bed dorm, but a safe was available at reception.

The location of this hostel is exceptional, with easy access to all the beautiful beaches in the area. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making guests feel at home. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with hot water in the showers. There is also a spacious lounge and a beautiful garden on the property.
It would be more convenient if the hostel offered free coffee in the morning, as it is a small, easily provided service that would enhance guest satisfaction.

The bed was really comfy and the air con in the room was great. Plus, the coffee provided was delicious. the owner was also very nice and even gave us a ride to town one day. the staff spoke both English and Spanish fluently, so no communication issues. the location was perfect, with a bus stop right in front of the hostel. the onsite bar and restaurant were also a nice addition, with a free pool table and hammocks to relax in. the hostel also had its own garden with some wildlife.
The room we stayed in was disappointing. It was small and had no windows, giving it a cave-like feel.

The dorm was big and clean, with a clean ensuite. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Kitchen was decent enough for basic meals. Super friendly staff was incredibly helpful. the cabin was really nice. Lots of animals on the property. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Quepos-Manuel Antonio bus stops nearby. Communal kitchen available to use. Aircon worked great. Really comfy bed and good air con in the room. the coffee included was awesome and the owner was nice.
Felt totally at home, no complaint.

We had a pleasant stay at the hostel resort in Manuel Antonio. The private room in the basement was simple but comfortable. The private bathrooms were well-equipped with soap and shampoo, which was a nice touch. The air conditioner kept the rooms cool, and the ventilation window added to the comfort. The common cooking area outside was convenient. The hostel itself felt safe and secure. The location was great, with easy access to both Quepos and the national park. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hostel was kept clean.
All was perfect! 😄
